Privacy Policy
Asset Master (mobile app “Activos Fijos – Asset Master”) and the assetmaster.pro website · Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Asset Master mobile app and the assetmaster.pro website, what we use it for and how you can ask for it to be deleted. Asset Master is a fixed asset control system for companies; app accounts are created by each company's administrator and cannot be created from within the app.
1. Information we collect
In the mobile app:
| Data | What it is used for |
|---|---|
| First and last name, email or username, user and company identifiers | Signing in and showing which company and user each operation belongs to. |
| Photos of assets (optional, taken with the app's camera) | Attaching them to the asset record. |
| Fixed asset records, assignments and physical counts that you upload | How the app works: viewing, editing and auditing inventory. |
The app asks for access to the camera to scan barcodes or QR codes and to take photos of assets. It does not access your location or your contacts, and it does not record audio.
On the website:
- Demo request form: name, email, company (optional) and the message you write, only so we can contact you.
- Meeting scheduling (Calendly): the data you enter in the calendar, such as name, email and the time you choose.
- WhatsApp: if you write to us through that channel, your phone number, your profile name and the content of the conversation.
- Usage and technical data: which pages and sections you see, from what type of device and browser, from which country or approximate region, whether you arrived from an ad, and actions such as choosing a plan, opening a frequently asked question, using the calculator or the demo, or submitting the form (see section 4).
We do not ask you for sensitive data or payment information through the website.
2. How we use the information
We use the information to operate the app and your company's account (functionality and account management) and, for the website, to answer your request, schedule demos, protect the form against bots and spam, and improve the site and measure whether our ads work. We do not use it to personalize advertising and we do not sell it.
3. Who it is shared with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Each company's data is visible only to that company's authorized users. We may rely on providers that process data on our behalf only to operate the service:
- Server hosting and email delivery, for the app.
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Apps Script): receives and stores the form messages; it also serves the site's typefaces (Google Fonts) and measures visits with Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag.
- Microsoft (Clarity): records how the site is used (clicks, cursor movements and scrolling) so we can improve it.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): checks that whoever submits the form is a person and not a bot.
- Calendly: manages the meeting schedule when you decide to book one.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to write to us through that channel.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside your country, and each has its own privacy policy. We may also share data if a competent authority legally requires it.
4. Cookies and website measurement
The site does not use its own cookies to track you. The third-party services we load (for example Calendly and Cloudflare Turnstile) may use their own cookies or storage to work.
Google Analytics and Google Ads. We use these tools to know how many people visit the site, which pages and sections they see and whether
they arrived from an ad, and we record actions such as clicking a WhatsApp or booking link, choosing a plan, opening a frequently asked question,
booking a meeting or submitting the form. Google places cookies in your browser (for example _ga and _gcl_*) and gives us
aggregated statistics; Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. We do not use it to personalize ads. If you visit the site
from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not enable this measurement. You can avoid it by installing the
Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on,
by blocking cookies or by reviewing your ad settings at
adssettings.google.com.
Heatmaps and recordings with Microsoft Clarity. We use Clarity to see, in aggregate and in recordings that do not include your name, how the site
is used: clicks, cursor movements, scrolling and errors. Clarity masks what you type in forms by default. Microsoft places
cookies in your browser (for example _clck and _clsk) and keeps the data under its own policy, for up to 13 months.
We do not enable Clarity if your browser reports a European time zone or sends the “Do Not Track” signal.
5. Security
Information travels encrypted between the app and our servers (HTTPS) and between the website and the services that support it, and access to each company's data is limited to authorized users through credentials and role-based permissions. No system is completely invulnerable, but we apply reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access or alteration.
6. Data retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your company's account is active. Website form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and do reasonable commercial follow-up. You can request deletion of your personal data at https://nsolucion.com/eliminar-datos.html or by writing to info@assetmaster.pro. Asset and count records belong to the company that owns the account and may be kept without your identifiable personal data when the company needs them for accounting and audit control.
7. Your rights and minors
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us. The app and the site are aimed at company staff and are not intended for minors.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; we will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
